Carol and Trav are back on their beloved San Francisco Bay, but not for long. Trav helps his old Coast Guard buddy find a mysterious box that has been hidden away for nineteen years in a cave embedded in the cliffs along that very coast. Robert Banks Hull has been involved with boats and the sea his entire life. Bob grew up sailing on San Francisco Bay, the venue of his novels, placing mystery and intrigue in a uniquely nautical setting. During his career as a yacht designer, Bob worked for several yacht design firms and boat builders including Sparkman & Stevens in New York and Hunter Marine in Florida. Bob has raced offshore on both the Pacific and Atlantic coasts and held a captain's license for ten years.
